I have been talking about sharing some massage techniques, so, here we go! These classes will evolve as I find out more about what people are interested in learning. When you sign up, please let me know any questions you might have so I can incorporate them into the class!

What do you need? Wear comfy clothes and bring water. If you are coming in from a workout or straight from work, please bring food or shake along with you.
What we will discuss...
Benefits of massage, attachments and movements of the trapezius, stretching and muscle energy techniques for the trapezius. We will practice working on partners so we can help each other out after workouts, and even help out our friends and family. Also, I will try to answer any questions you might have. If we have time, we can do a little clinic and work on those who might have specific issues.
